Stay up to date with your order from the moment it ships.
How Tracking Works
Within 1–2 business days of placing your order, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your unique tracking number and a link to your carrier's tracking page. You can also find your tracking information by logging into your Auréa account and visiting your order history.
Tracking Status Guide
- Label Created: Your order is being prepared and the shipping label has been generated. The carrier will scan it within 24 hours.
- In Transit: Your package is on its way. International shipments may pause briefly for customs clearance.
- Out for Delivery: Your package is with your local courier and should arrive today.
- Delivered: The carrier has marked your package as delivered. Please check around your front door, mailbox, and with neighbours.
My Tracking Hasn't Updated
It's normal for tracking to remain at "Label Created" for up to 48 hours after shipment. International packages may also show no updates for several days while in transit between countries. If there's been no movement for 10 business days, please contact us.
My Package Says Delivered But I Don't Have It
Most "missing" packages turn up within 24 hours — couriers sometimes mark packages as delivered before the actual drop-off. We recommend:
- Check all entrances, porches, garages, and with neighbours.
- Contact your local post office or courier with your tracking number.
- If still missing after 48 hours, email hello@aurea.com with your order number and we'll investigate.
