What is your jewellery made of?
All Auréa pieces are crafted with 18ct gold plating over a hypoallergenic brass or sterling silver base. Our gemstones are ethically sourced and lab-grade for consistent quality.

Is your jewellery hypoallergenic?
Yes. Our pieces are nickel-free and designed to be safe for sensitive skin.

Will the gold plating tarnish?
With proper care, our 18ct gold-plated pieces maintain their finish for years. Avoid contact with water, perfume, lotions and chlorine. See our Materials & Care page for full guidance.

What sizes are available?
Rings are available in sizes 5 to 9 (US). Necklaces and bracelets come in standard adjustable lengths.

Orders

How do I place an order?
Add the items you love to your cart, then click the cart icon and follow the checkout steps. You'll receive an order confirmation by email within a few minutes.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Reach out within 2 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to update it. After that, orders enter fulfilment and cannot be changed.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Every Auréa piece ships in our signature gift box at no extra cost.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard delivery takes 7–15 business days; express options are available at checkout.

How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link by email when your order ships. See Track Your Order for details.

Returns & Refunds

What's your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn items in original packaging. Full details on our Returns & Exchanges page.

How long does a refund take?
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method.
