Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Auréa pieces. If something isn't quite right, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process.
Our 30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be:
- Unworn, undamaged, and in original condition
- Returned in their original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at returns@aurea.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Within 24 hours, our team will reply with a return authorisation and prepaid shipping label (US/EU) or return address (rest of world).
- Pack the item securely in its original box and drop it at the nearest carrier location.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
Need a different size or style? We're happy to exchange your item, subject to availability. Follow the steps above and let us know which item you'd like in exchange. If there's a price difference, we'll either refund the difference or send you a payment link for the balance.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Earrings (for piercing items)
- Personalised or engraved jewellery
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund — no need to return the faulty item unless we request it.
Refund Timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Depending on your bank, the credit may take an additional 3–10 business days to appear on your statement.
